Jun. 28th, 2005 11:51 amSurprisingly it looks as if I have a bit of time to myself today. I've spent most of the morning preparing the shop's July update - now all I need to do is some last minute product upload.
It's like an oven in Switzerland, haven't slept properly for ages. Want to nap, but the pop-stars-look-alike janitor might drop by to chop down a tree that's growing on the neighbour's roof (don't ask). Perhaps I'll read instead - too tired to write or review.
Good news: My lilies are not dead! They just took their own sweet time. I noticed them peeking up from the soil Friday. Speaking of gardening. C suggested that we make a mostly purple-ish garden: various shades of purple and white flowers combined with different foliages. This is very sweet of him, as purple/blue/black is my favourite flower colour!
We have a strange plant on the terrace. Last year my mom weeded it away before we could see what it was. This year, we're letting it grow, but I still don't know what it is. I spent a long time yesterday trying to classify it, but since it's not flowering yet (if it will flower), it was like looking for the proverbial needle. The curiosity is killing me - as for the plant...it's probably a weed.
