(no subject)

Oh joy...I love the kitties to bits, but there are days I love them more than others. Today is not one of them.

I stagger up to let Jonesy in the bedroom, where he promptly starts misbehaving. I throw him out and fall asleep again.
7:00 whiiiiiiine, whiiiiiine--

I give up and get up, kitties are ecstatic. We cuddle a bit. I potter toward the kitchen for a cup of tea - and step in something wet. Cat vomit, the liquidy type. Jump on one leg to bathroom to wash foot, return to hallway to wipe up mess.

Since I'm wide awake, I decide to forget about the tea and go to the office to check my mails.

Let Jonesy in the office where he promptly gets into mischief. Throw him out again.

Play with the boy, groom him, spread goodies on the now clean floor to distract him. Notice that something smells... Smell comes from guest bathroom where one of the cats has decided that peeing next to the cat litter box is probably just as good as peeing in the litter box. I empty cat litter, wash box, wash floor, refill cat litter. While Jonesy is busy peeing in fresh litter, I sneak back to the office to write this...and yes I hear something familiar outside the office door.
