And it's been a good day so far. C loved his presents - a Giger art book and some cushions for the couch which he's been wanting for the past 3-4 years, made the latter myself *proud*.
My stress-level, which Friday was red-alarm, heart beating so fast that it might break out of my chest and splatter again the computer screen, has now dropped to a pale orange.
While I'm rushed off my feet and things haven't completely fallen into place yet then at least now everyone seems to know what I need them to do and dead-lines will be met. Also, I have a lawyer! I hired him to check the contract for me and he's just taking care of everything. The only thing I have to do is to let him know what I want and don't want. I love having a lawyer. If having an agent is anything like having a lawyer, then I'll love having an agent as well - and I will cherish him/her as much as I would a Mrs. Brown!
