STRESS!!!!

Oh and I think Greedy is in heat, just 1 1/2 weeks before she's old enough for the vet to operate her. I'm going to call them first thing tomorrow morning and convince them to take in all the kittens a little earlier.

Quickly translated from this articleabout whale-meat, meat production/consumption and CO2-levels, which I found in Berlingske Tidende

Greenpeace: Most important is that the animal survives:

Norway and Japan, which are the two major whaling nations, are trying to promote whale-meat after years of condemnation from other countries.

A temporary ban on whaling was enforced in 1986 to prevent the extinction of the animals.

"The animal's survival is far more important than lowering the CO2-levels from eating it", says Truls Gulowsem from Greenpeace.

"Almost all foods are more environmentally friendly than meat. Other fish do not affect the climate that much."

Excuse me...OTHER fish? A whale is not a fish!
