rimturseUpdated the bead shop for June and made back-ups. Now that the update is done, I might just find time to do other things. I'm very behind with reviews and do not want to think about all the great chapters I'm missing. :(
We got new coffee tables - opium tables imported from India. Not Louis Quatorze, but nice and practical all the same - and heavy. They're about 25 kgs each. I hauled one up the stairs yesterday much to the consternation of my Italian neighbour. He offered to help several times, but I refused. What kind of a wimp am I if I let my neighbour, who must be almost double as old as me, do heavy lifting? Of course this also meant that I had to make the haul look relatively easy, so today I can barely lift my arms. *lol* ....C took up the second table today, but I haven't put it together yet.
Some women from Jehova's Witnesses dropped by today. We had a nice chit-chat, but they will not be coming again.
