rimturse26 km on the bike yesterday. C has gotten all motivated by my exercising and is going to join me. He has ordered a super scale that measures body fat and water content, and an extra bike. Ate quite a lot for dinner, which was just too tasty to resist, but still had a calorie minus of about 800, so my weight should be going in the right direction.
Baby bird just flew into the office window. She seems a bit stunned, but otherwise okay. I'll going to keep an eye one her, but otherwise leave her in peace. No need to scare her.
Am sleepy today, I stayed up late to finish Revelation. If anyone puts her characters through misery it's Carol Berg. I liked Revelation, but not as must as I enjoyed Transformation. Still enough that I'll buy the last book in the trilogy next time I stock up on books.
We had thunder, lightning, rain and hail yesterday. One bolt of lightning hit so close that thunder and flash came simultaneously. The noise was deafening and even the kitties looked up from their snoozing.
Apart from that, yesterday was work, work, work as predicted. All of it worth it because we received a sweet thank you mail from a customer this morning.
