EEG

Went for an EEG today. My neurologist says my brain functions are all normal. C says that he thinks the neurologist should talk to him first before making such a self-assured comment. I think C is too funny for his own good.

I have sanding grit in my hair and marks from the electrodes on my forehead. I think they should colour the sanding grit, so that it doesn't look like dandruff, but I'm too lazy to take a shower. I chatted to Ms. P, who did the EEG, I think I might have a future customer. *grin*

C called me a communist the other day (he likes doing that, because coming for socialistic Denmark, I have some world views that are very alien to him), but surely making a sales pitch while someone is fixing electrodes to your head is the sign of a true capitalist? Am I being corrupted?

Sanding grit? SANDING GRIT?

C is just amusing himself, the funny guy. Labels are for clothes and spices; people seldom fit in only one category.

Which I guess is just me saying you can be a capitalist regarding your bead shop and communist on some other topic, or a socialist, without any trouble from me. :)

But I'm still a bit horrified by the idea of sanding grit in the neurology department. :)

Maybe it's not called sanding grit? It's the stuff they use to sand your skin before they put on the electrodes. A bit like liquid sandpaper?

Yeah...some things can be pretty disgusting. It's sounds a lot worse than it actually is, though. :)
