It has been quiet for a while, but now the Nigerian scammers have resurfaced. *sigh*

I haven't been on the bike since Monday. It's 31 degrees celsius outside and 26 in the apartment, so I'm not really motivated. Am having problems staying cool as it is. Am still watching my food, though.

Tomorrow will be busy, we'll be attending the opening of som friends' new cafe, go see the kitten and visit Dennis on our way back.
