Aug. 4th, 2005 07:36 amWe got a new super-scale, which measures weight, body fat, muscle percentage and water percentage. According to the papers that came with the scale I'm 100% normal (I was quite surprised that I had enough muscles! I'm such a spaghetti arm!), but heavier than expected. The last week of piggy eating probabaly didn't help. Now according to the American website I found yesterday, my fat content is above average. Does this mean that the average American is leaner than the average European? I don't think so...
Anyway, I could do with losing a bit of weight. My goal is 4-5 kg. To keep myself motivated, I'm going to post my daily progress or lack of it here. Starting today with a 0 weightloss. :)
C and I went shopping yesterday. I bought fimo to make beads + a table lamp and a piece of plexiglass to make my light table. It's working! There's no excuse not to sit down and work today. Still waiting for packages to arrive, so got up at 6:30 again today. I cannot begin to tell how much I'm looking forward to snoozing in bed on Saturday.
Oh and...hey, Holly! I bought some white tea! Going to try it right now.
