Ouch! Got a stinging review today. These middle chapters really have some serious problems. Tonight I rework the first council scene. *motivated*

To cheer myself up, I revised Chapter 1, which is in a much better state. 13 pages for the marathon! Just one more page and I'll have reached my goal. :)

Apart from that, I cleaned and re-arranged our two large kitchen storage drawers, tidied the bedroom, answered E-mails. Still to do:

- pack orders
- send orders
- wash dishes
- tidy living room
- dust living room and bedroom
- draw
- buy domain and web-page hosting
- pay UPS bill
- new council scene

I was kind of busy and then the bead shop exploded. Well, not literally, but for an hour work poured in, so I haven't reached a single thing on my list. Instead, once I got through the most pressing matters, I vegetated on the couch watching first a dog-therapy program and then Desperate Housewives. Now I'm sleepy.

Our bed is too soft, my back is killing me. Instead of a Mrs. Brown, I might opt for a personal physio-therapist. Either that or buy one of these mattress mats. C thinks the mat is a bad idea and wants to get a new mattress instead. I don't want to haul a double bed mattress up three flights of stairs. Actually our guest bed is nice and firm... *ponders*

Well, at least our bedroom is finally getting nice and cold. It's 5 degrees celsius outside and I have the window and door open! Or at least I have until C looks at the thermometer. I've got to hide it! *bwahahaha*
