It's one of these days where Jonesy will try the patience of a saint. First of all he's got an upset stomach, not his fault, but it involves a lot of unpleasant work for me. The ripping off stickers, whining, biting of Felix, chewing on boxes, stealing of paintbrushes and spreading 1 kg of seed beads out on the carpet is his fault, however.

I got up at 6:30 this morning and started organizing the office. 6 hours later and it still looks like a bombsite. Spent almost an hour putting together a German E-mail and it's probably full of mistakes anyway. Ah well...

Yesterday I fixed the tumble dryer, which had started to go a loud clonk-clonk-clonk instead of pleasant wrrrrr. I'm extremely proud of myself.

The neighbour asked C if I could offer his daughter a job. This is the second job-application I've had within a year. It's a pretty strange feeling. I'd hire them all of course, but sadly, I think they expect to get paid.

I have to figure out what to do with Jonesy's stomach. It's more delicate than cobweb lace. My first Maine Coon had stomach problems as well. I hope it's not a breed thing. It's a bigger problem with Jonesy, though, because he loves food - all food. My first cat only liked his dry food, honey melon, and scrimps with mayo and a touch of lemon (don't ask how I figured that one out).

Oh and to you guys with more than one cat. Have you noticed how two cats chasing the same bug look as if they're synchronise swimming? - well, hunting, but you get what I mean. :)

*yaaaawn*

My back and arms are aching. I must have rearranged all the boxes thrice. I'm still not halfway finished with the office, but I'm beginning to see tidy-potential. I'm going to postphone my injection until tomorrow morning. I'm too tired and muddle-brained for jabbing needles into my leg. I have to get up early anyway to sign for the new batch of meds that will arrive first thing in the morning.

The Roses are coming tomorrow for dinner, I've warned them that the place is a mess, but I still need to clean the bathrooms and go shopping. My plan is to make lasagna and serving it with salad and bread. That should be nice and easy, and I can prepare most of the stuff in advance. They're moving to Norway this weekend, lucky them! :)
