C: No, I just tasted some bread to make sure it was still soft.
M: Okay, breakfast it is then. *starts to find the breakfast stuff*
M: Where's the bread from last night?
C: I told you I tasted it.
M: You tasted 5 slices of bread?
C: Yup. They were all okay.
