Going through chapter 16 revising on a pure technical level is hard and painful. Once I had a hole in one of my adult molars fixed without any anesthetics, that didn't last as long as this is going to do and was only slightly more painful.

I did a scruffy, no sketch, no preparation, colour study yesterday. It not brilliant, but it's a long time since I had this much fun painting. I might just do another one today! I posted to to my web page, although I'm not sure I should have.

i think you did a really fantastic job...you seem to have captured "something" in that, but i can't quite pin-point what....just...SOMETHING. haha
i find her seriously intriguing. maybe intrigue is what you captured! ;-)
