There's a new pizza delivery service. They offer two sizes of pizza. One 32 cm diametre and one 50 cm. Of course food is no joking matter, so we set out to calculate the area of the pizzas and the amount of crust per area of pizza and compared it with the prices. Turns out it's cheaper to buy two small pizzas than one big. Turns out those geometry lessons did come in handy after all. *grin*
