Luckily the dream Great Dane doesn't exsist - or at least he isn't for rehoming here in Switzerland. However, while looking at the rehoming pages I saw another dog, which could be perfect for us with the living conditions we have now. Only we already agreed to wait until we have a house and a garden and then get a Groenendal female puppy.
I felt myself getting hooked on this rehoming dog, so I send an E-mail to C asking him to tell me that the dog is not for us - only, he gets even more excited than me and I'm the dog person! When I met him, C didn't even like dogs. Now he's talking about going to see the dog tomorrow and buying dog food! He's also planning what to do with the dog when we go on holidays this summer (he wants to bring it).
