rimturseHmmm assuming Santana gets along with cats, he's as close to perfect as we would expect from a shelter dog. His personality seems calm and very Belgian Shepherd like, and he's supposed to be bright - damn bright. The training can be worked on and he has no apparent problems otherwise, he's just a dog whose owner didn't bother with even the most basic training. He was a show piece and went with her everywhere as an accessory, and he is stunningly handsome. People were stopping to ohhhh and aaaaahhhhh while we were walking him. But...C and I don't feel he's our dog. There is absolutely no logical explanation behind this, as he's a lovely, lovely dog. *confused*
Today I write, review and clean the apartment. Writing first, considering my countless dreams this morning, this must be a brain day.
I am a vampire hunter - something I have been long before The Da Vinci Code was published. I don't know why that is important in my dream, as far as I know there are no vampires in that book, but I have been reading The Historian, so probably my brain had those two stories mixed up. In any case, I'm a poor vampire hunter. My biggest achievement seems to be staying alive. I'm certainly not nailing any vampires.
Then I take a special vampire-killing-karate course and before you know it, I'm fighting vampires in a swimming pool, and with a typical karate move (the ones you always see on the karate posters), I'm kicking the vampires hearts right out through their back*. It's not very elegant, but it works...works on zombies too, although I don't know where they suddenly came from.
Ah well, I guess it's still more realistic than the aliens camouflaged as pancakes that could only be killed with dish washing liquid.
*this is actually hilarious considering my size. Were this to happen in reality I'd be kicking groins instead of hearts. Hmmm...come to think of it, that might actually also be quite effective.
Perhaps I'd be better suited as a B-movie writer?
