On the 19th of October I placed an order at hosting company X, for domain transfer, domain renewal and hosting. I got an order confirmation. November 2nd, my domain expires with the old host. November 3rd, domain is no longer accessible. I contact hosting company X and they reply that my order has not been registered, please apply again. Only now my domain name has been bought and I can place a bid of +60 USD to try an get it back again.
