Writing, writing, writing. After weeks of non-stop bead shop work, it seems that contrary to all belief I am actually one of those writers, who just can't help myself, but have to write. Adric has started going over The Dar Caldrin Hunt showing me the old scenes and how he wants them changed, and I'm dreaming entire novels every night. There will be no new novels, other than those already planned or in progress, but I am very pleased about Adric's new approach of show - don't tell to reach my sluggish brain. I only wish he'd done this years ago, but what is one draft more or less? *irony*

Of course I still don't have to write, but things are definitely less hectic now than they've been in a long time, so there's hope.

The weather has turned dull and grey, and Jonesy spends 99% of his time completely zonked out. While I enjoy the quiet, it's also extremely weird. What happened to my Dastardly Daring Barebellied Bonesy Boy? He's as greedy and cuddly as always, so I'm not terribly worried. Hopefully the new kitten will liven him up, he's too young for this kind of inertia - even Felix is a lot more active than him.

Read the link that Vern posted about a day job. I think that all the work, while stressful, has been good for your writer brain.

In any case, I'm glad you are getting excited about it again.

Interesting, so my using my actual muscular creativity and my headless-chicken creativity, combined with my capitalistic creativity, I'm actually letting my writing creativity recharge. :)

Hey, enjoy the peace and quiet while you can! Maybe you can sneak in some writing during the time you would otherwise be spending picking up beads that Jonesy knocked over. :)

Well, I should have known he was saving his energy for something. I had customers over this afternoon and Jonesy was like "HI STRANGERS!" (usually he doesn't like strangers) and "beads beads beadsbeadsbeadsbeads". Of course he's zonked out again now that they've left.
