C and I went out to Austria for a celebration dinner. The food was excellent, the company was excellent - a perfect birthday.
Yesterday, almost 60kg of beads arrived. They need to be packed, weighed, photographed and uploaded to the bead shop, so as usual there's plenty to do.
I've started my fourth draft of The Dar Caldrin Hunt. This should be the last. I've posted the prologue to the workshop, but I'm not counting on running the whole thing through the workshop again. Still, looking for final draft readers, though (haven't forgotten you, Ilona *wink*) and I've asked a litterate friend to comb through the manuscript for typos and incorrect grammar.
Perhaps I'll be sending something out this year! It's about time I got my first rejection slip, I think. :)
