Thank you for all your lovely words about Jonesy. They made me cry all over again. I'd never realised that my writing about his antics had been read and remembered by so many people. mnfaure the memorial was beautiful, thank you.

Jonesy died from FIP. The nature of the disease removed any guilt we might have had regarding not taking proper care of him or not doing our best for him at all times, but it hasn't made it easier to lose a just 19 month old cat and especially one like as Jonesy that took up so much space, both physically and personality wise.

I have been sleeping a lot and my guts no longer feel as if they're being ripped out. Life goes on, but there will only ever be one "dastardly daring barebellied bonesy boy".
