rimturseToday I made an advent wreath. What probably would take a florist less than 1 hour to finish took me about 5 hours, but it is fancy-pants nice if I may say so myself and it was nice with a crafty break. *refuses to feel guilty*
Am still horribly stressed, I'm drowning in things that need my more or less immediate attention, am not getting enough sleep, but am getting a cough:
- diggers coming to dig wells and lay down (and exchange?) pipes, sometime this or next week.
- windows and doors arriving sometimes next week, which means I need to pay the rest of the bill, arrange for them to be installed and make sure that the person doing the installation has all the tools, help and other misc. items that he needs.
- arrange workers to finish the bathrooms, order material, figure out how much we can do on our own etc.
- arrange for plumbers coming for the bathroom to go through the other pipes in the house as well, including putting up radiators in two rooms.
- arrange for the electrician to go through the house to rearrange and install new circuits.
- order kitchen and pick out new kitchen floor. Figure out what colour and type of walls we want in the kitchen.
- arrange for carpenter to put in extra ventilation in the roof.
- arrange for Lilith and Frasier's spay and neuter (figure out where to put Lilith while she heals up), tatto and vaccinations, get Felix in for his second vaccination shot. Remember second deworking treatment for all farm cats.
- once windows and doors are in, make the appointment for the energy mark check.
- guests, my father-in-law is here at the moment, came Wednesday last week and will stay until Saturday. Dennis is arriving this Friday, don't know how long he's staying.
- Deal with bead shop bank matters.
- Deal with bead shop merchant software, finish translations, uploads, design etc., change hosting system, check that everything is working. Tidy up stock room.
- Prepare bead shop papers and stock list (value and count) for accountant.
- and I'm probably forgetting something. *snort*.
