Dec. 14th, 2007 01:16 pmBwhahaha...I bought new toys for Murp and the kittens today. Sadly there were only two toys for four kittens and an interesting MY toy behaviour was observed and video taped. The general rule, which fits most dog- and cat behaviour theory, is that the kitten who has the toy defends it with all it takes and the other kittens back off, regardless of size and kitten-rank. It is not a matter of the biggest (Timid) or the bossiest (Greedy) winning the prize. Explorer, who is the lowest ranking of the kittens certainly told Greedy (highest ranking) where she could stuff it, when she came too close to him and his bright yellow toy mouse. :)
