We've just discovered that it possible to have a phone conversation with Murphy.

Murph: *sitting quietly on the couch, half-sleeping*
M: *holds the phone close to him*
C on the phone: "Hello Murph."
Murph: MEEEAAAAARRRR?
C: "Kitty, kitty, kitty"
Murph: MRRR, MEAUUUUUUUUURRR! MRRRRRRR!

Murphy appears to be one of those characters who thinks it's necessary to shout into the phone. :p
