Puppy mentality - want versus sucking up.
Oct. 29th, 2008 11:10 amI'm preparing Lia's food, when Felix decides to come over to take a closer look.
Lia: "grawl"
M: "What?!"
Lia: "I'm sowy" *lays back ears, licks M's hand*
On another note. While Lia has hit puberty with a vengeance, here and there I see glimpses of the adult dog she's showing the promise of becoming. Yesterday we visited our friends who has three boys. Lia is usually very skeptical and insecure about the kids, but after greeting 10 year old J with great enthusiasm, she runs into the living room, where I find her 2 seconds later, being hugged and cuddled by 6 year old E and thoroughly enjoying it ,and later she quietly and gently follows 4 year old ES to the TV-room and if she'd been allowed, she would have snoozed on the couch with him. I am so proud!
