This is what Jiggly-Puff does, though. He sings a song, everyone falls alseep, and then he draws moustaches on everyone. That's his Pokemon power.

I've heard of it, but am not familiar with it. Just remember this little yellow guy with the black tipped ears. Oh, and the various newspaper articles on the topic.
Soooo...doesn't Jiggly-Puff get in trouble once people wake up again? :)
