MS-fatigue. I has it. Not bad, but bad enough that I napped 5 hours Sunday afternoon and went to bed at 21:00 yesterday, not getting up until 8:30 this morning, and using all my planned writing time on sleeping. I'm not usually this bad, but I probably overworked myself while C was away last week.

*yaaaaaawn*

Time for a cuppa.

:( I hope that the rest of your day shapes up and that the fatigue eases.

Thanks, I've had two cups of coffee, walked Lia in the very strong wind, and am feeling quite perky.

Of course I'm not used to drinking that much coffee and am running to the bathroom constantly. :p

Your body needed the rest and you will feel better for having taken it. Imagine if you hadn't slept and rested? How well would you feel now?

Take care of yourself and the rest will fall into place when it does.

Thanks. :)

Without rest I would barely be human at best, and collapsed at worse. :p

After this summer, I've learned to just cave in and get some rest/sleep, because nothing will ever get done otherwise.
