The Urdu proverb provided by rabiagale:

"She drowned in a handful of water."

means

"She was really mortified/ashamed."

No one guessed the right answer, so the virtual tea and cookies stay where they are. :p

Some pretty intelligent guesses, but what the proverb actually means is "She was really mortified/ashamed." Weird, ain't it?
