Post-injection day

rimturseSlept in, cleaned the kitchen, did a bit of gardening, played with the dog and then fell asleep again watching some BBC cooking programme.
I could sleep some more, but to compomsate for my lazy day, I'm cooking. Taking cooking short-cuts though, chicken in the oven with maple syrup glaze, served with rice and for dessert a quick dough rhubarb tart, served warm with creme fraiche.
Still, even with the short-cuts, it makes me feel a little less guilty for all the napping, considering C has been working 12 hours and still isn't over his flu. :p
