I don't know if it's my age (getting older, you know), if it's the lack of exersize or if it's the MS. In any case, I just don't seem to have the energy that I used to have. Have done two hours of moving and house work and all I want to do is to curl up on the couch with a cup of Earl Grey and my new books.
Spoke over an hour with a friend from Denmark. Her children are older and had gone with their dad and their dogs for some agility training/competition, so she had only 12 Tervuerens to distract her...lol
She and her husband run Kennel Susmik in Denmark and I got to know them 10 years ago when I bought my dog from them. I wanted to hear her advise on getting an older dog. She had loads of good suggestions and comments, and it was NICE to catch up with her again and speak Danish for an extended period of time. I swear my Danish is getting worse. The other day my dad scolded me because I said "the end of the house" instead of...wait, this can't be translated...or if there is a specific word for the end of the house in English, I don't know it. ANYWAY...I said "the end of the house" instead of the correct word. Bad, bad me!
