Post-injection day
May. 24th, 2009 02:28 pmFreeeeezing and aching. The slightly sarcastic, logical part of my brain is telling me that "no, I will not die from hypothermia in a 24 degree house", my body isn't completely convinced though.
The aching is my own fault. I know, I know, I solemnly promised the nurse to take painkillers before injecting, and last time it did seem to help somewhat, either that or it was just one of my lucky post-injections days, but it just wasn't practical to do so last night. At least not without waking up C and having to explain why I'm still up at 3:30 in the morning*.
And alas, no time to curl up under the blanket, my parents are coming for dinner and I must clean the house. Oh Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Brown, where art thou?
