Finally pulled myself together and did the company VAT-statement for the second quarter of 2009. I have to admit that it's nice to have it over and done with.

In other news, I'm itching to paint. I have an idea for a large steam-punk meets Hokusai painting that would look perfect in our downstairs bathroom (I know, I know, you really shouldn't hang paintings in bathrooms) and it seems to have permanently taken residence in the back of my mind. I'm trying to convince C that we need to go to A-Z this weekend to pick up canvasses. I've never tried these cheap canvasses before, so that should be intereting - in a good way, I hope. I also need to check my stock of paint and canvas primer.

I've also started looking at the yearly October art-exhibit on Funen, even though I know there is no way I will have enough material by then for it to pay for me to rent a place.

Since my brain is in paint mode, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to write and I'm so behind with my writing that it's becoming downright embarassing. Must write! Must write!
