Dog Training
Dec. 21st, 2009 12:29 pmI plan to start up again with Lia as soon as the weather becomes more tolerable. To prevent us from looking like complete nitwits, I've spent my lunch-break looking up DCH's C-group competition requirements, so it's time for some goal oriented training.
I've never trained in DCH or competed before with a dog, so I started by looking at the requirements for the E-group assuming that since A is the best group then E must be the worst. What a shock! I was quite taken aback at the level of obedience required by an E-group dog...that was until I realized that the E stands for Elite, so not the E-group, but the Elite-group. *phew*
