We have a new bead artist. Check her out here

Overdid it with work yesterday and feel like a deflated balloon today. Did exactly the same thing Friday, so you'd expect me to know better. Didn't do any writing, but managed a bit of painting. I am so out of practice and it's very evident in my painting speed. I've been forced to take photos at regular intervals to convince myself that I am actually making progress.

It's snowing like crazy here. Denmark had a snow-storm Saturday, if it continues like this, our friends might not be able to drive down for a visit. :(

Funny thing happened the other day:

Me: "There is this theory about beer."

C: "Yeah?"

Me: "Yeah, you know in a herd of deer, it's the weak and the inexperienced that fall prey to the wolves...that way, the wolves are actually maximizing the condition of the herd, as only the strongest and healthiest survive to breed for the next generation. It's the same thing with beer. Beer will eliminate the weakest and more inexperienced brain-cells, keeping the overall condition of your brain top-fit. That's also why you always feel a lot smarter after drinking a couple of beer."

C: "Is that a joke?"

Haha...unfortunately, the theory isn't mine. Probably because I am allergic to beer.

And lucky you with all that snow. How about you send some here? That way your friends can still come but we can build snowmen and throw snowballs.

Ha, that's what my friend said last time I spoke to her - and one week later they had the snow storm. :)
