Sep. 10th, 2007 02:30 pmWe sanded down the living room floor this weekend. I have a cold.
Some of our neighbours* visited us yesterday morning to introduce themselves. Lovely people who all understood English and spoke it to some degree as well. They stayed for almost two hours and we had some good laughs together. :)
My youngest uncle from Malaysia is visiting Denmark with his wife and 20 year old (?) son, J. I asked my dad if J wouldn't be bored hanging out with them and his parents. His answer? "Nooo, not at all. We're going to Germany." I find that hilarious.

*one couple were from the farm from across the road, maybe some 200 metres away, the others are our closest neighbours to the east, about 500 metres away.
